Villa Azzurra

Located between the Istrian towns of Rovinj and Kanfanar, the spacious Villa Azzurra offers a dream vacation in an authentic and traditional Istrian house with stone walls, wooden ceilings, and stone and wooden flooring.

With the T-shaped floor layout, the Villa consists of the main three-story building built in the 1930s and a one-story annex, as well as a large front and back yard dominated by a 55 m² outdoor pool. The accommodation features a spacious and air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped main kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen with a fireplace and a room for table tennis. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the largest room features a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa, allowing the Villa to accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people (8 adults). The outdoor area, apart from the swimming pool and pool deck, consists of a large terrace with an outdoor table and grill, covered terrace with the well (traditional Istrian baladur), a spacious front yard with a large parking space, and a special feature: the traditional Istrian kažun (round stone house) housing a hydromassage pool for 2 people. The villa is, of course, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
